    1. Pour kefir into a bowl, add salt and soda. Mix everything thoroughly and let stand for a few minutes until foam appears.

    • 10 g yeast.

    For the filling take:

    • 300 g chicken fillet;
    • 1 egg;
    • 3 tbsp. sour cream;
    • 400 g cabbage.

    First knead the dough:

    1. Sift flour (both types) into a bowl or bowl.
    2. The remaining ingredients are added directly to the flour: sunflower oil, yeast, kefir, salt, sugar.
    3. The dough is gently kneaded until it stops sticking to your hands and becomes smooth. You can do this by hand or using a food processor (using the hook attachment for 9-10 minutes).
    4. The finished dough is left for 2-2.5 hours near a heat source. You can place it near the radiator or not far from the stove if you cook food on it. The dough should be covered so that the top does not become airy or crusty.

    1. The cabbage is chopped and boiled in boiling salted water for 5-8 minutes.
