You just need to know how to combine the yolk with other foods: don’t fry it. Do not crumble it into a salad with fatty sausage or ham, but combine it with herbs and vegetables, then it will not transform into a “bad” variety.

Weight loss systems, in which the main emphasis is on the egg component, come in different durations: from three days to a month. The optimal period, more convenient and easier to tolerate, but providing the opportunity to achieve a stable result, is two weeks.

Monday (or any other first day of following this program) begins with breakfast: 2 eggs, one grapefruit, plus unsweetened coffee. The second breakfast also begins with eggs, as the wise Romans advised. They are complemented with fresh tomato and a cup of herbal tea. For lunch again eggs, grapefruit, vinaigrette, herbal tea.

In the following days, the menu will be slightly diversified with other protein dishes (low-fat boiled meat, fish), and vegetables. Next week, the list of permitted products will be expanded to include light fruit desserts. Grapefruit is preserved as an activator of intestinal motility. There is no dinner during these two weeks, however, lunch is slightly shifted to a later time, coinciding with the afternoon tea.

Main types of rice

Today, experts count more than eight thousand varieties of rice. It is believed that every sown field will eventually bring a new, unique harvest. After all, the taste characteristics of grain depend on climate, humidity, soil, temperature conditions and even the surrounding landscape.

Before reaching store shelves, rice goes through certain stages of processing, namely exfoliation, grinding and hot steaming. Depending on the characteristics of this process, today there are several main varieties of rice:

  • Brown rice is the product obtained after husking the grain. By the way, this variety is becoming more and more popular every year among supporters of a healthy diet, because it retains the surface shell, which, in fact, contains most of the nutrients.
  • White rice (milled) is a grain that is obtained after husking and polishing, during which the surface hull is removed from the rice. It is this rice that is most often used in international cuisine. Despite the fact that during processing the grain loses the lion's share of nutrients, it is popular because it is stored for a long time, cooks quickly and costs less than the same brown rice.
  • Parboiled rice is obtained as a result of special treatment with hot steam, during which nutrients from the shell are transferred to the core of the grain. After this, the rice goes through the usual peeling and grinding procedures.

Depending on the size of the grain, rice is divided into:

  • Long grain rice, the grain of which is more than 6 mm long. This variety is used for preparing pilaf, side dishes and salads;
  • Medium-grain rice, the length of which is 5 - 6 mm. It is perfect for making porridges, puddings and sushi.
  • Round grain, the length of the grains does not exceed 5 mm, is usually used for making soups and casseroles.

What are the benefits of rice in medicine?

Rice is widely used in both folk and traditional medicine. Moreover, it is useful not only to eat rice without salt for weight loss, but also to eat raw grains and even rice water.

Rice is recommended for people with various gastrointestinal diseases, as it does not irritate the mucous membrane and helps normalize digestion processes. Rice water is useful for stomach ulcers, as well as various forms of gastritis.

  • You can’t add salt to a rice dish, this is not a categorical prohibition, but to get the best cleansing and weight loss effect, it works flawlessly,
  • Rice porridge should be seasoned with vegetable (optimally olive) oil; any spicy or spicy sauces should be excluded,
  • An excellent option would be to eat pumpkin, raisins, millet and apples, which contain potassium, during the rice diet,

During the day, the finished portion of the product should be consumed in small doses in several doses. In between this, you are allowed to eat a green apple (no more than 2 per day), drink weak green tea or natural juice.

Such fasting days should be arranged once a week, but it is much more convenient and less traumatic from the point of view of the desire to eat something tasty to carry out a three-day rice diet.

The essence of the diet: during the day, eat only rice without salt and oils. The amount of rice is 1 cup of raw rice, which needs to be cooked in the morning. You can combine the intake of the main product with apple juice. If the drink is prepared by squeezing the fruit yourself, then it must be diluted with clean water in a 1:1 ratio; store-bought juices are drunk in their original form.

To lose weight by 10 kg
