After the specified time, remove the paws from the broth, carefully strain and let cool. Pour some into a cup, add gelatin and mix well. Add the dissolved gelatin to the main part of the broth and mix. Remove the bones from the meat and chop finely.

We will need:
  • Chicken – 1 pc. (up to approximately 2 kg)

  • Gelatin – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Salt, allspice, to taste
  • Mayonnaise – 5 tbsp. l.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Processed cheese – 2 pcs. (100 g each)
  • Grated horseradish (any brand) – 2 tbsp. l.
