Disadvantages and contraindications of the Cindy Crawford diet

Due to the low caloric content of the diet, attacks of weakness, increased fatigue, irritability, difficulty concentrating, and sleep disturbances are possible. Therefore, it is not recommended to adhere to this diet for more than seven days.

The diet is not suitable for busy people who do not have time to cook soup every day and who cannot carry it with them to eat throughout the day.

The Cindy Crawford diet has no special contraindications. It is not recommended for those who have chronic diseases, as well as adolescents and elderly people, pregnant and lactating women.
