PP oat cheesecakes – recipe
Place cottage cheese of any fat content in a bowl and mash with a fork. Whether it will be grainy or pasty - the choice is up to the hostess.
Wash the chicken egg, wipe it dry and break it into a bowl with cottage cheese.
Mix the ingredients, add salt, add vanillin and add semolina to them.
We make oatmeal ourselves by grinding flakes or grains in a coffee grinder. You can buy ready-made flour in the store. To remove large pieces, it is better to sift it. Pour the flour into the bowl with the cheesecake dough.
We sort the raisins, remove the stems and wash them. If it is hard, you can soak it in boiling water for a couple of minutes and then squeeze it well. We add the prepared raisins to the rest of the ingredients.
Knead the dough, gather it into a ball, cover with a towel, and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Roll the dough into balls with a diameter of 3-4 centimeters.
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it well. We lay out the koloboks, turning them into flat cakes 1 centimeter thick. Fry for a couple of minutes over low heat.
Carefully turn the products over and fry for another 2 minutes.
Place the finished cheesecakes with oatmeal on a paper towel to remove fat.
Then we serve.
You can top it with honey or berry sauce or sour cream. Delicious cheesecakes will appeal to the whole family.

Cheesecakes with oatmeal
Cheesecakes with oatmeal are a healthy and satisfying delicacy that can be classified as part of the healthy nutrition menu, because... All the products included in the composition are very useful. In addition, we will fry the flatbreads with a minimum amount of vegetable oil.
The basis of a delicious dish is cottage cheese. It should be moderately dry. It is quite difficult to form neat cakes from a wet product that will not fall apart during heat treatment. Fat content does not matter, and we choose it only from personal preference.
It is noteworthy that in this recipe for cheesecakes with oatmeal, flour is used exclusively for breading in order to give the finished curd cakes a golden brown color. However, this ingredient can still be added if the curd is wet. Flour can absorb some moisture and make the dough more viscous. But you should limit yourself to a maximum of two tablespoons, so as not to spoil the taste of the finished dish.
Oatmeal is the second important ingredient. It is necessary to take an instant product so that you do not have to pre-boil the flakes.
The connecting link is eggs. Add sugar as desired. Its quantity can also be varied.
Below is a detailed recipe with photos of cheesecakes with oatmeal, which will help even a novice cook understand the technology and prepare a very tasty dessert for proper nutrition.

- Egg - 2 pcs.
- Instant oatmeal - 4 tbsp.
- Sugar - 50-100 g

1. Before preparing cheesecakes with oatmeal, let’s make curd dough. To do this, first add eggs to the cottage cheese.
2. Next, add sugar and oatmeal.
3. Knead the dough with a fork. At this point you need to evaluate how well the dough will hold its shape and add a little flour if necessary.
4. Next, we wet our hands with water and begin to form balls of the same size. We place them one by one on a table sprinkled with flour, roll the entire surface and press to give a flat shape.
5. Before making cheesecakes with oatmeal, put them in the freezer for 30 minutes. This will help maintain their shape while frying.
6. Lightly grease the frying pan with oil. Place the cheesecakes and fry them over medium heat. Try not to pour too much oil, this will ruin the taste of the food and make it less healthy.
7. When the first side is browned, turn it over and cook until done. Place on a plate.

Cheesecakes made from cottage cheese and oatmeal, baked in the oven (without semolina)
The list of ingredients for this dish is very short. For cooking, it is better, of course, to use homemade products. But not everyone has this opportunity, so store-bought cottage cheese will also do. This is how I usually cook. We will need:
- 200 g cottage cheese;
- 1 egg;
- 4 tablespoons oatmeal;
- 2 tablespoons honey (you can use sugar or a sweetener);
- vanillin as desired.
It is advisable to use soft cottage cheese; I used grainy cottage cheese, which also made delicious cheesecakes, but soft ones make them more tender.
To add sweetness to the dessert, you can add honey. But when heated, its beneficial properties disappear - this is worth remembering. If you are comfortable with different types of sweeteners, you can try adding them. I chose the simplest and most common sugar.
How to cook tender and tasty cottage cheese pancakes in the oven without molds?
In order for you to get airy and fluffy cheesecakes cooked in the oven, it is not at all necessary to have special molds.
1. Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and blend it with a blender. Or you can grind it through a sieve. Choose the option that you like best.
2. Then add one egg, oatmeal and sweetener to this mass (in my case it is sugar). And mix everything well. You can also add vanillin here if desired.
If you don't have oatmeal, you don't need to rush to the store in search of it. You can simply grind the oatmeal into flour using a blender or coffee grinder. It turns out to be much cheaper than buying it ready-made. Moreover, such a product can only be purchased in large stores or stores specializing in healthy nutrition. I choose the cheap and simple option.
3. Then there are two ways: 1 - form the cheesecakes with your hands and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper; 2 - Using a spoon, spread the dough onto the parchment.
Lubricate the paper with a small amount of vegetable oil using a brush.
The first option is more beautiful, the second is faster.
Bake at 190 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Then remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and transfer to a plate. Serve with fruit and sour cream, if your diet allows it. And even without all this, such a treat flies away in an instant!
These curd cheesecakes are low in calories compared to those fried in oil in a frying pan, but no less tasty. Kids will love them because they can be eaten like a cookie—grab them and run.
Many people still think that home baking takes a lot of time. Try it and be surprised how quickly and easily you can prepare such desserts.

Hercules cheesecake recipe
Curd cheesecakes are a universal dish loved by children and adults. And sometimes this is the only way for parents or grandmothers to feed their kids healthy cottage cheese. The dish can be eaten for breakfast or dinner, or served for dessert after a hearty lunch. Due to their low calorie content, oatmeal cheesecakes can be a snack between main meals. Cheese pancakes with rolled oats are a real lifesaver for fans of proper nutrition. They taste in no way inferior to those prepared according to the usual recipe with flour. But the finished dish contains only products that are healthy for the body. When baking, dough with the addition of rolled oats is softer, juicier and airier.
Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 0.5 kg of cottage cheese;
- 2 eggs;
- 2.5 tablespoons sugar; a third of a teaspoon of salt;
- 120 g oat flakes (preferably instant, but regular ones are fine);
- a little flour for dredging before frying;
- vegetable oil.
Preparation
Preparing cottage cheese:
- In a deep bowl, thoroughly mix cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and salt. If the cottage cheese falls apart into small grains, you can first grind it through a sieve. To obtain a more uniform consistency, you can use a blender.
- Pre-grind the Hercules using a coffee grinder.
- Mix the resulting oatmeal with the curd mass and leave for 30-45 minutes to swell.
- Make cheesecakes from the dough into flat cakes, lightly roll them on both sides in flour and fry in a heated frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. When a golden brown crust forms on both sides, you need to cover the pan with a lid and keep the cheesecakes for a few more minutes on low heat. This way the cakes are guaranteed to be baked and there will be no raw lumps of curd mass left inside.
Instead of rolled oats, you can use any other cereal or cereal. Suitable additions include rice, semolina, millet or multigrain mixtures.

What are PP cheesecakes
To prepare dietary cheesecakes, it is not necessary to use zero-fat cottage cheese; a product with a fat content of 5% is also quite suitable. Cheesecakes will turn out to be higher in calories, but also more healthy, since calcium is practically not absorbed from low-fat cottage cheese.
- The cottage cheese must be ground well or beat in a blender until it becomes homogeneous.
- You can add raw eggs to cheesecakes, but you can do without this ingredient. In some recipes, yolks are excluded; only whipped whites, which contain no fat, are added to the dough.
- Flour is added to regular cheesecakes; a dietary version can be prepared without this ingredient. You can replace flour with semolina, but the caloric content will practically not differ from those prepared with flour.
- Healthier versions of cheesecakes are prepared with oatmeal, rice or corn flour. You can add apples or other fruits.
- But you need to be careful with sugar. Instead, you can use sweeteners, or completely avoid sweet additives.
Advice! Be sure to use spices - vanilla, cinnamon, lemon zest. These additives will significantly improve the taste and add an appetizing aroma.
Cheese pancakes are baked in the oven. If the dough is thick, then it is formed into balls, which are placed on a baking sheet covered with a silicone mat or parchment.
If the dough turns out watery, then it is better to put it in silicone molds. It is advisable to use silicone ones, since they do not need to be lubricated with oil.
Interesting facts: cottage cheese is a product ideal for weight loss; it can be eaten at any time of the day, including in the evening. The recommended amount of cottage cheese depends on the calculated protein intake. As a general rule, it is recommended to consume 1 gram of protein for every kilogram of weight.

How to cook “Cheese pancakes with oat flakes without flour”
- Step 1. Ingredients for making cheesecakes.
- Step 2. Our first step will be to get rid of grains in the cottage cheese. Perhaps you have a soft, paste-like curd, then you can safely skip this step. My family doesn’t like curd grains, so I break the curd with an immersion blender. If you don’t have one, rub the curd through a sieve, helping yourself with a wooden spoon.
- Step 3. Add quail eggs. It’s more convenient to break them into a separate cup, mix and then pour into the cottage cheese. Add a little fine salt, a tablespoon of sugar, a teaspoon of baking soda and sour cream. Mix everything until smooth, we should have a liquid dough.
- Step 4. Add the flakes and leave for 3-5 minutes to swell. The dough has become much thicker and you can now form cheesecakes from it, but we will do this a little later.
- Step 5. Prepare the pears - wash and peel. Grate it on a coarse grater and add it to the dough. Let's send dried cranberries there too.
- Step 6. Next, let's make the curd cheesecakes fragrant. Grate the zest of half a lemon, but make sure that only the yellow part gets into the dough. Add a little cinnamon and nutmeg. It is more convenient to add them already ground, since when you grind them yourself, the spice particles turn out to be quite large.
- Step 7. Add olive oil and mix well.
- Step 8. Proceed to forming cheesecakes. With wet hands we form fluffy, but not very large cheesecakes. Roll the finished cheesecakes in flour on all sides. Pour enough oil into the pan and heat it well. Fry the cheesecakes on all sides until beautifully golden brown.
- Step 9. Place in portions and serve with sour cream, honey and jam.

Recipe for cheesecakes without flour and semolina with oatmeal
- First of all, I suggest grinding the oatmeal.
- The easiest way to do this is using a small blender, or using a coffee grinder.
- Next, let's make the cottage cheese - put it in a large blender bowl.
- Break the egg, add salt and sugar.
- Grind everything into a homogeneous mass - mine turned out quite yellow due to the use of homemade eggs.
- Now add crushed oatmeal to this curd mass and mix thoroughly.
- The dough for our original cheesecakes is ready.
- It's time to mix three types of seeds - this will be our breading.
- Now we form small neat balls from the curd mass.
- And then we bread them in a mixture of seeds.
- We place such preparations in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil and press lightly with the palm of our hand - we will fry the cheesecakes for 4-5 minutes on each side over low heat.
- When the amazing crust of seeds on the cheesecakes is browned, you need to put them on a napkin or paper towel and blot the already browned products with it to remove the oil.
- Agree that these cheesecakes look very tempting and appetizing, right? Now you know how to make flourless cheesecakes with oatmeal.

Harmonious combination of flavors
Many people like fluffy cheesecakes made from oatmeal and cottage cheese with the addition of banana.
For preparation use:
- low fat homemade cottage cheese;
- cereals;
- honey;
- chicken eggs;
- banana;
- vanillin;
- salt;
- vegetable oil.
Chicken eggs are mixed with honey in a glass container. Beat until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Oatmeal is ground using a coffee grinder. The resulting “flour” is added to the beaten eggs and mixed.
The low-fat cottage cheese is thoroughly ground and then combined with the rest of the ingredients of the dish.
The banana is cut into small pieces. Then add to the curd mass. Sprinkle with vanilla. Mix again and form round cheesecakes with oatmeal and banana.
Oil is poured into the frying pan. Warm up and lay out the preparations. Fry over moderate heat, turning occasionally. When the crust appears golden brown, remove and place in a pan. Cover with a lid to steam. Dessert is served with tea or strong coffee with milk.
