LIST OF CORRECT DIETS FOR EFFECTIVE WEIGHT LOSS, VEGETABLE AND NATURING DIETS.

Today, almost every woman is concerned about the problem of losing excess weight. In pursuit of an ideal body, girls torture themselves with difficult, useless, and often harmful diets, and also spend many hours of their time in gyms. But a great figure can be achieved in simpler ways. In this article I will talk about some diets, after which you will not gain extra pounds, and your body will remain healthy. Unfortunately, most people do not think about the reason for their obesity and choose their own diet. In fact, the diet should be selected by a special nutritionist, taking into account the individual characteristics of your body.

girl and food

I propose to get acquainted with two diets that will help you quickly lose extra pounds without harm to the body.

"Vegetable"

In the morning before breakfast, drink a glass of water. For breakfast, a salad of apple, pear and citrus fruits, seasoned with low-fat yogurt.

For lunch and dinner, you should eat a vegetable salad (you can use all vegetables except potatoes), seasoned with lemon juice and olive oil.

You are allowed to drink low-fat kefir during the day. In addition, you need to drink plenty of water, and green tea will also be beneficial.

"Fed"

For breakfast, eat a sandwich of rye bread with butter, as well as an apple and a banana.

For lunch, a few jacket potatoes and a piece of low-fat cheese.

For dinner, boil 50 grams of chicken and prepare a vegetable salad.

The main rule of this diet is to drink as much water as possible and eat a salad of celery, tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce every time before meals. Season the salad with lemon juice and spices.

Thanks to these diets, you can quickly get your body in order without exposing your body to severe stress. But you must remember that no matter what you eat, the result will not be complete without sports. Sports and healthy eating are the key to a beautiful figure.

conclusions

So, how to choose a diet correctly and effectively? Start by going to the doctor. A competent doctor will help identify the cause of excess weight and eliminate it. Think about what foods you love most and what you can't give up. Avid meat eaters are unlikely to survive for long solely on green apples and vegetables. And those with a sweet tooth will become depressed without chocolate.

Do you want to lose weight and maintain the results for a long time? Choose long-term power systems. Short-term mono-diets will help you quickly lose a couple of kilograms.

Have you started a diet? Bring it to the end, don’t let it break down. Include active physical activity, walk more in the fresh air. Find like-minded people and lose weight without problems!

Monitor your own condition. Are you experiencing fatigue, dizziness, and spots before your eyes? Consult a doctor!

WHAT NOT TO DO DURING A DIET AND WILL NOT HARM YOUR HEALTH.

The decision to go on a diet is driven more by desperation than by a personal desire to make oneself more beautiful. Often, those who are losing weight go overboard with timing and nutrition, sitting down for a short period of time, limiting themselves in food, and after the diet they begin to eat, which leads to even more weight gain. Very often, people who come to the gym try to get some kind of quickly effective diet from the trainer in order to quickly and quickly lose all that excess weight. After all, it’s easier to eat carrots for a week than to eat right for a long time and improve your health.

But they forget or do not mean that you can lose weight in a tasty and healthy way. You can eat delicious salads, fish and even potatoes, and still lose weight. And if you combine all this with physical exercise, the result will be amazing!

You should remember that the body does not forgive cruel jokes, and when you play with nutrition, it will give you the lost kilograms again, but with a bonus.

First mistake. I want to tell you about one very harmful diet, which is considered a fast way to lose weight. This is a liquid diet. You drink only water, teas, yoghurts, kefir. Girls don’t even realize how much harm they do to themselves and their stomach! You do not get the necessary vitamins, which causes problems with thinking, movement, and loss of strength. Also, the stomach does not work properly and does not receive solid food, which can cause very serious problems, including ulcers. And then, when you want to return to a normal diet, you will no longer be able to do this because your stomach will hurt, there will be heaviness and other problems. Don't forget that nature gave us teeth to chew! The digestion of food that already occurs in the mouth is necessary for the normal functioning of the stomach and gastric juices! I really warn you against this diet!

Second mistake. Someone, someone, once said that there is a norm of energy value that must be observed, this is 1200 kcal. That's bullshit! Each person has his own energy value, which he must comply with. It can be subtracted from any table on the Internet. A girl with a height of 1.75 and a girl with a height of 1.50 will never be able to consume the same number of kilocalories. Also, do not forget that sweets are not included in the price. Only pure products that are healthy and not harmful.

Third mistake. There are rumors that in order to lose weight quickly, you need to dry off. This means that you need to limit your water consumption per day to 0.5 liters. Do not do this under any circumstances! Only athletes do this, and only during competitions. Don’t get it into your head that water makes you gain weight. Our body consists of 80% water, and if we take this water from it, it may end in loss of consciousness or a hospital bed! Don't torture yourself and don't make such sacrifices!

Nutrition for teenagers

Chips, crackers, sweets and carbonated drinks often cause excess weight in teenagers. Some parents believe that this is just a period of adolescence. Therefore, then the extra pounds will go away on their own. Of course this is a myth. Some teenagers, especially girls, strive to lose weight at any cost and choose strict diets. They don't ask the question, "What diet is right for me?" They choose the one that gives results in the shortest possible time.

Girl eating salad

But you can’t do that. A balanced diet at a young age is very important, because the formation of the body has not yet finished, and the nervous system is extremely vulnerable.

If a teenager needs to get rid of 10 or more kilograms, then the help of a specialist is mandatory. What diets are suitable for teenagers in such cases? This should be decided by a specialist.

If the child’s excess weight is limited to a few kilograms, then it can be corrected with additional physical activity and avoidance of high-calorie foods before bedtime. When exercise becomes a habit, you won’t have to ask: “What diet is right for me?”

It is also important to develop healthy habits in your child to maintain normal weight. For example, do not eat before bed, eat small meals. Such habits should become common to the whole family. After all, a child is unlikely to be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle if all other family members eat fried pork and potatoes for dinner.

SMALL Tricks and SECRETS OF DIETS FOR WEIGHT LOSS.

Perhaps every girl dreams of a beautiful, slim and toned figure. This is especially true before the beach season or before some big holidays - Birthday, New Year, March 8th. After all, it is so important to appear in a new dress that emphasizes all your advantages or to be the most beautiful on the beach. To achieve success, of course, you cannot do without a good diet. It is with the help of it that you will be able to achieve harmony and lightness, you will be able to accustom your body to consuming less food, and as a result, to gradually losing weight and maintaining it at the desired level. With the help of this article, you will definitely learn several small but very effective ways to lose weight through diets.

So, let's begin. Firstly, almost all diets are based on separate nutrition and are based on the basic principle - the principle of not mixing carbohydrates and proteins together when taken together. This means that at one meal you can consume only carbohydrates or only proteins.

The second secret is that you need to eat food often, BUT in small portions. Make it a rule to measure the amount of food you consume, for example, with a small glass.

The third point in our collection of tricks will be about the dishes from which you eat. Have you ever thought that it is your brain, along with your stomach, that sends signals of hunger? If there is a huge plate in front of you and there is even a sufficient portion of food on it, then your brain will give a signal that there is not enough food and it would be nice to have something else to snack on. Therefore, try to eat exclusively from small dishes, for example, a small beautiful saucer or a plate with a small spoon. This way you can trick your brain and convince your body that you have enough food on your plate.

The fourth point we would like to highlight is the aesthetic function of food. If pieces of chicken, potatoes and some other salad are piled up in front of you, you will not get any aesthetic pleasure from eating food, and therefore no satisfaction from eating. If you decorate your dish beautifully, then in addition to the pleasure of serving and the food itself, you will enjoy the appearance of the dish and, as a result, you will be able to limit yourself to less food.

Well, in the end, the last, fifth secret of successful weight loss is always a good mood, sufficient physical activity and of course Love!

How to know which diet is right for you

Many girls use different methods of losing weight. Without getting the desired result, they ask themselves: “Which diet is right for me?” Of course, a professional nutritionist can best answer. He will analyze the girl’s lifestyle, body features and habits, and then create the right diet.

Which diet is right for me, test

There are many ways to select diets. Famous trainer Thomas Eastham suggests basing your diet on your body type. He distinguishes three body types: endomorph, ectomorph and mesomorph. Let's take a closer look at them.

DIET. WHICH TO CHOOSE IT'S YOUR DECIDE. RULE #1.

Ridicule. The clothes don't fit. It's a shame to go out. Are these problems interfering with your life? Or perhaps there is something else or someone poisoning your life? Every morning, does the reflection in the mirror scare you and make you depressed? Do you not love yourself and want others to love you? You will find answers to these and many other questions in this article! I will tell you how to become beautiful, loved, and without harm to your health!

Every woman, girl and, unfortunately, already a girl who is overweight has at least once thought about going on a diet. The Internet offers us many types of diets: buckwheat + kefir, kefir + apples, the Dukan diet, the Kremlin diet, the “Light” diet for seven days or on liquids. Of course, even a person who is not overweight needs to cleanse the body, but to deplete the body and deprive it of vitamins and minerals, without which further development is impossible, is blasphemy! Under the veil of dreams, ideals that envelop all common sense, you forget about the consequences that such diets can lead to. Never! Remember! Never limit yourself in proteins, carbohydrates and fats! You won't last long without them!

So, what can help make your body beautiful and ideal! Well, first of all, there must be a desire and incentive to take action! Stop feeling sorry for yourself and sparing yourself! Secondly, throw out all unhealthy food from the refrigerator: mayonnaise, ketchup, butter (it hardens and is deposited on the walls of the stomach, thereby forming a slag coating, which leads to clogged blood clots and fatty deposits), sausage, sweets. It’s also worth getting rid of sugar, buns, cookies, pasta!

Now that we have thrown away everything harmful, we take a pen and write it down. Rule No. 1: PP + Sports = Health! Remember, write it down everywhere you can! This equation should go with you through life, like a credo. Forget about all diets, they are the only ones that lead to obesity! After all, when you break down, you begin to gain even more weight. Even if you successfully follow the diet, after a while the weight will return again. Therefore, only proper nutrition and exercise! There are many foods that you can eat and it will be tasty, and most importantly healthy! The correct diet includes: vegetables, fruits, only beef and chicken, fish (sea, white); low-fat dairy products; buckwheat, rice; green tea and a little coffee (do not overdo it) - no sugar! That's the whole secret! Don't forget to reinforce your results with physical exercise. I will talk about them in another article. Follow my advice. Hold on and don’t break down - the world will love you!

How to bounce back

A diet is a strictly selected nutritional system aimed at losing weight, gaining muscle mass or reducing the load on the gastrointestinal tract.

Most diets in one way or another involve reducing body fat and advocate avoiding fatty, spicy and overly salty foods.

Today, experts offer dozens of diets that are completely different from each other. What are their differences?

Classification of diets by duration:

  1. Quick ones, which are ideal when you need to prepare for an important event and “fit into” your favorite dress. They are effective only if we are talking about a few extra pounds. At any stage of obesity, they are ineffective and dangerous to health.
  2. Long lasting. A clear nutrition system that involves a new way of life. Cleansing the body and saturating it with vitamins allows you to gradually lose weight. Plus long-term diets in a confident result. If you continue to follow the rules, the extra pounds will not return.

According to the list of permitted products:

  1. Mono-diets. Only one type of food is allowed. This could be kefir, buckwheat, apples or juices. Such diets do not last long and help you lose weight in a few days.
  2. Protein diets. Avoid carbohydrate foods. Fats are replaced as much as possible with valuable animal and vegetable proteins.
  3. Diets of the “peoples of the world”. They assume strict restriction of the diet and consumption of foods available for the geographic region.
  4. Celebrity diets. Film and television stars develop and offer their own power systems.

How not to get confused in the variety of nutrition systems and not harm your health? The most important advice: it is best to consult a doctor. The doctor will be able to correctly assess the condition of the body and help you choose the appropriate nutritional system, thanks to which you will be able to return to normal weight. If necessary, the nutritionist will recommend additional examinations or consultations with other specialists.

Important! Weight problems can be the result of hormonal imbalances or a genetic disorder.

Diets are strictly contraindicated:

  • children and teenagers;
  • pregnant and lactating women;
  • women during menopause;
  • patients with chronic diseases.

These categories of people are especially sensitive to dietary restrictions. A lack of vitamins, minerals and trace elements can cause hormonal imbalances and health problems.

CONSEQUENCES OF DIETS AND TIPS ON HOW TO EAT CORRECTLY SO AS NOT TO HARM YOUR FIGURE.

A lot of women want to look good in order to please men and resort to various diets that harm the body, leading to various consequences. Only there are plenty of opportunities not to torture yourself and show off in front of others. We will talk about this in our article.

Nowadays it is very fashionable to look slim, looking at the covers of magazines, which depict models without a single defect regarding their figure. And so young girls strive to be like them, using the most painful actions, bringing their body to a state of starvation, depriving themselves of the opportunity to eat normally. But this only leads to dangerous consequences, which can be very difficult to get rid of:

  • A metabolic disorder occurs and cachexia (exhaustion) subsequently develops, which looks scary.
  • Since the body experiences an insufficient supply of nutrients, weakness occurs, leading to dizziness and decreased immunity to various diseases.
  • Bad mood and irritability, as well as insomnia, appear.
  • Concentration in solving certain problems is lost due to starvation of brain tissue.
  • In advanced cases, nails and hair suffer, becoming brittle and weakened.
  • Do not think that after interrupting the fasting process, you will continue to eat and not gain weight; usually, after such a disruption in food consumption, the body tries twice as hard to replenish the missing reserves and the appetite flares up even more, thereby risking adding a lot of unnecessary kilograms.
  • And lastly, all these sacrifices can negatively affect your life, so there is no need to take risks.

To look in good shape, you don’t have to force yourself to go on a hunger strike, just follow a few tips that will be useful to you in the future:

  • In order not to waste their time on cooking, many resort to using products such as fast food (noodles and instant potatoes and much more), which leads not only to the accumulation of harmful substances in the body, but also to metabolic disorders and, naturally, weight gain. Therefore, exclude them from your diet.
  • Eat small portions, but often, so that the food can be easily digested in the stomach and remember that you need to chew everything thoroughly, without rushing.
  • Make it a rule to eat before 18.00 or 19.00, unless of course someone’s work does not allow it, then 4 hours before bedtime do not push food into your stomach, so as not to put extra pounds in your body, since at night we sleep and rest, and calories are not burned, but only added.
  • Eat less sweets, fatty foods and baked goods; I’m not saying to completely give up such dishes, but just not to gorge yourself on them, so as not to look at yourself in the mirror with a sad look.
  • Well, eat more fruits and vegetables - they are low in calories and also healthy.

If you think about it, all these tips are quite feasible. There is no need to subject your body to such torture, take care of yourself and be healthy.

Endomorphs

They have curvy shapes. Most often, these people have a slow metabolism. They find it easy to gain weight and very difficult to lose it. The lower part of their body suffers most often from extra pounds. However, some representatives of this type even like it. For example, Beyoncé and Khloe Kardashian. Such women should reduce the amount of carbohydrates they consume.

It turns out that you first need to accurately determine your body type. Then you can easily answer the question: “Which diet is right for me?”

DIET-FASTING, ONE OF THE METHODS OF CLEANSING THE BODY AND IMPROVING BRAIN FUNCTION.

Fasting has been known since ancient times. It was one of the healing methods for primitive people. Many hundreds of years have passed - a person continues to starve, accidentally getting injured or falling ill. The practice of fasting was founded not only as a method for cleansing the body, but also as a spiritual cleansing and restoration.

The great Pythagoras, before allowing his students to study science, required them to abstain from eating for a month. It was believed that long-term fasting cleanses and lifts the human mind to the heights. With proper, moderate fasting, the body is cleansed, a person’s health and spiritual sphere are restored. Now, in the modern world, people use medicinal plants along with fasting.

One way to test the positive effects of fasting on a person is to do a three-day fast. After 72 hours, brain function improves. A previously unresolved problem will become simple and clear. Memory becomes sharp, names, places, small details of events that were forgotten several years ago are remembered.

One of the greatest goals of man is the development of the intellect, as well as the development of the spiritual factor and self-improvement. The conclusion suggests itself that the use of fasting has a positive effect on a person in several directions - physical recovery, intellectual growth and spiritual cleansing occur.

Diet 1. Water

The water diet consists of consuming large amounts of liquid (water, mineral water, broth, fruit juices, decoctions, tea).

It is not recommended to exceed 2 liters per day.

Consume liquids in small doses for a maximum of several days.

The patient must remain in bed.

What can you take?

You can replace water with the following liquids:

  • decoctions of mint, linden, chamomile, rose hips;
  • water with lemon or orange juice;
  • vegetable broth;
  • rice water.

Vegetable broth

Vegetable broth is easily digested by the body, but its nutritional value is close to zero.

The shelf life of this broth is no more than 24 hours.

Suitable for following a water diet.

Sugar diet

This mode is also used as a water diet.

To do this, add 50 g of sugar to 1 liter of water (194 kcal per liter).

Rice water

Most often, rice water is prescribed to children for diarrhea (diarrhea) .

Rice water is prepared as follows:

  • add 2 tbsp. l. rice per 500 ml cold water;
  • after the rice grains have swollen, add 500 ml of boiled water and cook this mixture for 20 minutes;
  • The broth is filtered through thick gauze, after which 3 g of salt or 30 g of sugar are added.

Only added sugar (120 kcal) provides nutritional value.

An adult is recommended to adhere to this regimen for a maximum of 5 days.

Fruit juice diet

This regimen provides the body with vitamins.

Indications for a water diet

This regimen is used in the treatment of certain diseases:

  • disorders of the cardiovascular system;
  • kidney disease;
  • renal lithiasis (kidney stones);
  • obesity;
  • gout;
  • illness with high fever;
  • acute infectious and toxic diseases.

DIET - “FAVORITE”. REVIEWS AND DIET.

A beautiful body is a dream, it always seemed to me. Since childhood I have been plump, but as a child I was not ashamed of it, everyone told me that I felt so good. By the age of 13, I began to think that I didn’t look as good as my friends. Boys were already starting to flirt with them, but not with me; they could afford to wear short shorts, but I couldn’t. Soon I became very uptight and shy, even if the boys liked me, I myself pushed them away, because I considered myself very fat and felt uncomfortable.

I started starving myself, but it didn’t lead to anything good, because after a couple of days I was full of just water and as a result, I gained an extra kilo. And this went on for a very long time.

Then I decided that I would better follow a diet. I tried many diets, but I wasn’t happy with the results; the weight came off, but not as much as I would have liked.

And now I want to share a diet that helped me a lot. I sat on it for 4 months and lost 19 kg. This diet is probably known to many girls, it’s called “Favorite”. With her I gained confidence in myself!

It is very easy to stick to it, since the diet can be varied.

The first month I ate very little, but drank a lot of fluids. Most of all, I leaned heavily on vegetables and fruits, and on a protein day I ate only one chicken breast.

In the second month I added eggs once a week, potatoes once every two weeks.

In the fourth month, I still allowed myself oatmeal in the morning twice a week.

But the most important thing I want to say is that the desire to lose weight should come from the heart. One desire is not enough; there must be a great desire!

Diet selection tests

So, the girl asks the question: “Which diet is right for me?” The test will help you figure this out in minutes. Based on its results, a diet is selected. You need to understand that such questionnaires are very general in nature and are often compiled by people who are far from nutritionists. You shouldn't put much faith in such results. It’s better to turn to specialists and ask them the question: “Which diet is right for me?” The experts definitely won't go wrong.

How to know which diet is right for you

Diet 9. Lacto-ovo-vegetarianism

Compared to simple vegetarianism, in the case of this diet, you cannot eat only meat and fish.

From a nutritionist's point of view, lacto-ovo vegetarianism is a more balanced diet and can be followed for a longer period.

What can you eat?

You can consume milk, butter and eggs.

This diet contains many vitamins and carbohydrates, but is low in fats and proteins.

Flour products occupy a special place in lacto-ovo vegetarianism.

The main sources of proteins are:

  • cheese;
  • eggs;
  • milk.

The proteins from these foods are of high quality. The fat content in them increases their value.

Lacto-ovo vegetarianism provides the body with vitamins, water, some enzymes, minerals and fiber.

Indications for lacto-ovo vegetarianism

This diet is indicated for the following disorders:

  • hyperthyroidism;
  • obesity;
  • atherosclerosis;
  • high blood pressure;
  • cardiovascular diseases;
  • gout (due to low purine content).

Diet 2. Low-calorie

The most famous form of this diet consists of consuming fruits and/or vegetables in fresh form or in the form of juices.

You can stick to this diet for a maximum of a few days.

What can you eat?

Examples of foods that can be used with this diet:

  • tomato juice (1.5 l/day);
  • or orange juice (1.5 l/day);
  • or strawberries (1.2 kg/day);
  • or apples (1 kg/day = 520 kcal).

As an alternative to a fruit and vegetable diet, you can use milk (1 liter of milk with 2.5% fat = 540 kcal). Milk contains high-quality protein.

In case of low milk tolerance, mix milk with tea or calcium carbonate (1 tsp per 250 ml of milk).

With a caloric diet of 1000-1200 kcal/day, you can consume an unlimited amount of low-carbohydrate vegetables.

What can't you eat?

The following foods are prohibited:

  • sugar;
  • sweets;
  • cakes;
  • sauces;
  • pasta;
  • fat meat;
  • oil-containing fruits;
  • plums;
  • grape.

Indications of a low-calorie diet

This type of diet is used for certain diseases of the digestive tract, diseases of the cardiovascular system, and also for obesity.

Diet 8. Vegetarian

As you might have guessed, a vegetarian diet excludes the consumption of any food products of animal origin. Because of this, protein deficiency may occur .

As a rule, a vegetarian diet is not recommended for long periods of time.

What can you eat?

In this case, the main source of protein is only legumes, but their nutritional value is low.

You can consume vegetable fats (sunflower oil, almonds, olives, nuts).

It is low toxic and contains many minerals and vitamins.

Diet 13. Salt

Of course, there is such a diet. It is prescribed for chloropenia (a disease in which the concentration of chlorine in the blood decreases).

Indications for salt diet

As a rule, chloropenia occurs as a result of the following disorders:

  • diseases with symptoms of vomiting: intestinal obstruction;
  • pyloric stenosis;
  • acute gastritis;
  • poisoning.
  • diseases with diarrhea symptoms:
      typhoid fever;
  • acute enterocolitis;
  • dysentery.
  • kidney disease with increased salt loss;
  • extensive burns;
  • profuse sweating.
  • Sodium chloride (NaCl) is introduced into the body, gradually starting with 4-5 g orally, as well as subcutaneously, intravenously or by enema.

    Particular attention should be paid to cases with low proteinemia and diseases of the cardiovascular system.

    How to plan a diet if you are overweight

    An individual diet for weight loss with a large number of extra pounds should be formulated differently.

    It is important to pay attention to the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Regular calorie counting will not be enough.

    It is imperative to completely eliminate simple carbohydrates from your diet. Reduce the amount of complex carbohydrates to a certain level, but not less than 200 grams. per day. Give preference to protein foods.

    At the same time, you must always remember that the same fruits are sucrose, which means carbohydrates. And in order to get a good result, it is necessary to control their consumption.

    At the same time, it is better to leave the consumption of any carbohydrates for the first half of the day, and consume proteins after lunch.

    By taking these rules as a basis and choosing the foods that you love to match them, you will create an individual nutrition program for yourself that will bring amazing results.

    Diet or proper nutrition - the opinion of a nutritionist

    How to calculate proper nutrition for weight loss

    What is a personal diet

    Each person is individual, so a diet that may suit one person will not always be effective for another . It is optimal to use a personal weight loss plan developed by nutritionists during a personal visit. You can also use online resources that will help you with the question of how to choose a diet, but they will be more average. When developing a personal weight loss plan, you need to consider the following factors:

    • health status - because many methods have contraindications for patients with diabetes, stomach and gastrointestinal diseases;
    • physical activity - this factor affects the calculation of calorie content, helps to avoid exhaustion and overeating;
    • age, gender - affect the speed of metabolic processes and the amount of calories consumed (men eat more than women);
    • eating habits - if you constantly eat foods you don’t like, this will not lead to the desired result, but eating foods you like will give a noticeable effect;
    • blood type - a factor that has become popular in recent years, influences recommendations on the foods taken (people with the first group can eat meat, with the second - cereals, with the third - “nomadic” food, with the fourth - any food).

    Determination of weight norm

    Before you choose a diet, you need to find out how many extra pounds are in your body, and what is the normal weight limit for it. There are several calculation options:

    1. Broca's formula - Height - 100 cm, with amendments for asthenics minus 10%, for hypersthenics plus 10%.
    2. Body mass index is body weight in kg divided by height in meters squared. The norm is considered to be 19-23 before 35 years of age and 20-26 above this age. Higher or lower – anorexia or obesity.
    3. Broca-Brugsch formula - (height - 100) - (height - 100): 10 for women and divide by 20 (instead of 10) for men.
    4. Potton's formula - (Growth - 100) - 10%.
    5. Lorentz formula – (Height – 100) – (Height – 150):2.

    Calculation of daily calorie intake

    To correctly calculate a diet for weight loss, you need to determine how many calories per day you are allowed to consume. All formulas take into account your current body weight, so you should subtract about 500 kcal from the resulting number to start losing weight. An example of calculations using the Muffin-Geor formula, which calculates the calorie expenditure per day by a person:

    • men – weight in kg *9.99 plus height in cm* 6.25 minus age *4.92 plus 5;
    • for women, the formula differs in the last parameter - instead of plus 5, you need to subtract 161;
    • the norm is multiplied by the coefficient of physical activity - from 1.2 for sedentary work to 1.9 for heavy physical work.

    Diet 7. Dairy

    Milk is an excellent food product, easily digestible and with mild laxative (due to lactose) and diuretic properties.

    Calorie content of 1 liter of milk = 420 kcal.

    Milk is the most important food product for newborns, but also occupies an important place in the life of an adult.

    The need for this food product varies depending on age and physical activity (these dosages are calculated for a normal lifestyle and are not related to this diet):

    • normal adult - 330 ml of milk per day;
    • adult with moderate activity - 500 - 750 ml per day;
    • pregnant or lactating women - 500 - 750 ml per day.

    Large quantities of milk are recommended for older people.

    As a rule, it is recommended to drink a glass of milk for breakfast and reduce the amount at subsequent meals.

    Indications of the milk diet

    As a preventive measure, a dairy diet is indicated for the following disorders:

    • after taking antibiotics by people with excess weight problems under the guise of yogurt;
    • liver cirrhosis (regardless of stage);
    • acute nephritis;
    • acute gout;
    • constipation (under the guise of yogurt);
    • ulcer of the stomach and duodenum.

    Contraindications to the dairy diet

    Milk regimen is contraindicated in the following cases:

    • low sodium diet;
    • hypercholesterolemia;
    • obesity;
    • intolerance.

    Diet 16. Acidic

    What can you eat?

    This diet contains the following foods:

    • sour cream;
    • butter;
    • flour products;
    • cereals;
    • sausage;
    • eggs;
    • fish;
    • meat.

    What can't you eat?

    Indications for an acid diet

    Prescribed for the following disorders:

    • epilepsy;
    • coli urinary tract infection;
    • phosphate kidney stones;
    • alkalosis.

    Diet 12. Salt-free

    Sodium (Na) is the major ion extracellularly, while potassium (K) is the major ion inside the cell (Na/K ratio = 15).

    The daily intake of sodium chloride (salt) is about 8-10 grams per day.

    To be more correct, this diet should be called not “salt-free”, but “low-salt”.

    Such a diet is prescribed only for a short period of time and only if necessary.

    There are 3 varieties of this diet:

    • A diet with reduced salt intake, during which the intake of additional amounts of salt when cooking or eating is limited. Salty foods (cheese, sausage, canned food) are prohibited. You can eat bread and milk (in small quantities). This diet provides the body with about 1.5-2 g Na/day.
    • A standard salt-free diet that consumes salt-free bread and sodium-free milk. It is recommended to consume only foods with low salt content (about 0.5 g Na/day).
    • Strict salt-free diet, which is based on fruits, rice and sugar (about 150 mg Na/day).

    Indications of a salt-free diet

    This diet is recommended for the following disorders:

    • acute glomerulonephritis with edema;
    • inflammatory processes;
    • obesity;
    • cirrhosis with edema and ascites;
    • severe forms of high blood pressure (hypertension);
    • severe nephropathy with hypertension;
    • kidney disease with edema;
    • heart failure.

    Diet 14. Potassium

    What can you eat?

    The foods richest in potassium are:

    • powdered milk;
    • mushrooms;
    • figs;
    • dates;
    • plums;
    • peas;
    • lentils;
    • dried white beans;
    • dried apricots;
    • dry yeast.

    Some experts recommend consuming 500 g of dried apricots per day in 5 doses of 100 g.

    Potassium dietary indications

    A diet high in potassium is prescribed for the following disorders:

    • Addison's disease;
    • post-traumatic or hemolytic syndrome;
    • diabetic untreated coma;
    • renal failure with oliguria;
    • potassium deficiency.

    In such situations, the level of potassium in the blood is monitored and the ratio between sodium and potassium is restored to 15/1.
