The second week has a more varied menu:

  • Monday: steamed or boiled veal (200 grams), one egg, a portion of sauerkraut (without butter and sugar) or a couple of tomatoes;
  • Tuesday: again veal (100 grams), tomato and cucumber salad, seasoned with a spoon of vegetable oil and two apples;
  • Wednesday: veal (100 grams), whole grain or bran bread (70 grams), two apples (or pears);
  • Thursday: again veal (100 grams), rye bread (150 grams), two eggs and a glass of kefir;
  • Friday: three potatoes, half a liter of kefir, unsweetened apples (700 grams);
  • Saturday: boiled chicken breast without skin (300 grams), two cucumbers, a couple of eggs;
  • Sunday: four potatoes, two unsweetened apples, a glass of kefir.

The radical diet menu is quite low in calories, up to about 800 calories per day. Therefore, it is advised to exit the diet gradually, otherwise you may lose all the results achieved in it. In the first week after finishing the diet, you need to eat in such a way that the menu reaches no more than a thousand calories per day. At the same time, sweet, fatty, flour, smoked, and salty foods remain prohibited.

Next week involves increasing to 1200 calories. Proteins should predominate in the diet. You can eat only in the first half of the day and no more than one serving per day of potatoes, cereals and pasta.

Basic principles

To achieve results, you need not only a certain diet, but also a special diet.

  • You should eat four times a day, observing a four-hour interval.
  • Drink as much fluid as possible between meals. Boiled water is best, but tea without sugar (green or herbal) will also work. Coffee is acceptable only occasionally and in small quantities, also unsweetened, without milk or other additives.
  • While following the nutritional system and for some time after it, take a vitamin complex containing all the microelements necessary for the body.
  • The last meal should take place at least two hours before bedtime (preferably three).

By following these rules, you will notice results within the first two or three days. In total, you can lose up to 20 kg, but the overall weight loss depends on what it was initially: those who have little excess body weight lose less.

Radical diet 2 weeks: distribution of food throughout the day

Subject to radical restrictions, nutrition should remain varied and balanced. For example, you shouldn’t eat all the eggs in the morning and all the potatoes in the evening. The foods indicated for each day should be evenly distributed over four meals.

  1. For lunch, eat two potatoes, the rest of your meals - one potato and an egg.
  2. Kefir for an afternoon snack, spread cottage cheese with sour cream for the rest of the meal.
  3. One apple and a glass of juice in the morning and evening. Add kefir to your breakfast. Lunch is like breakfast, but without fruit, for an afternoon snack - only juice.
  4. Divide the meat into four doses in equal quantities, drink kefir for lunch.
  5. 100 g of fruit for breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner, 200 g for lunch.
  6. One potato for breakfast and dinner, two for lunch, kefir (milk) for an afternoon snack.
  7. 100 ml of kefir for breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner, 200 ml for lunch.
  8. 100 g of meat in the morning and evening, an egg for lunch, vegetables for an afternoon snack.
  9. Apples for breakfast and afternoon snack, veal for lunch, salad for dinner.
  10. Veal with bread in the morning and without bread in the evening, two daily meals - fruit.
  11. Divide the bread into four portions, reducing the quantity. Add meat to it for breakfast and lunch, eggs for an afternoon snack, and kefir in the evening.
  12. One apple for breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack, add two potatoes to it in the morning, half of kefir in the afternoon, drink the remaining kefir in the evening.
  13. Eggs for breakfast, chicken and cucumber for lunch, cucumber for an afternoon snack, white meat for dinner.
  14. Potatoes (two pieces) for breakfast and dinner, apples for lunch, kefir for an afternoon snack.

The distribution may be different, but it is important to adhere to the principle of diversity. This also applies to the composition of the diet. For example, if the daily menu includes two apples, one of them can be eaten fresh and the other baked in the oven. When dividing meat into two meals, you need to take different varieties (for example, beef and poultry) or vary the cooking methods (boiled in the morning, baked in the afternoon). If you have a lot of fruit, combine pears and apples. The only thing that should not be allowed is the inclusion of high-calorie foods. Meat and dairy products should be low-fat; bananas and grapes (including in the form of juices) are not allowed as fruits.
